About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Leader to join our team at ASG Group. As a Cloud Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving cloud business growth across public and private sectors, managing the sales process from identification to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Client Discussions: Convert business problems into technology or business process implications to build a high-level roadmap to deliver business impact.
  2. Guide Solution Architects: Collaborate with the GM for Cloud to design a solution blueprint that meets client technical needs.
  3. Build Credibility and Conviction: Provide recommendations on breadth of topics in respective specialisation to build credibility and conviction in technical solutions.
  4. Work with Alliance Partners: Collaborate with identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop GTM plans.
  5. Collate Best Practices: Create reusable assets by collating best practices.
  6. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers: Proactively identify and invest in higher service levels for customers with low MRR but high wallet, and identify and pursue opportunities for upgrades, cross-selling, and upselling.
Requirements
  1. 8/10 Years of Cross-IT Industry Experience: Delivering transformation and cloud programs.
  2. Minimum 3 Years of Significant Consulting Experience: Preferably at a top-tier consulting firm.
  3. Minimum of 1-2 Years' Experience in Cloud Advisory: And 2-3 years in cloud migration/application transformation experience.
  4. Proven Track Record of Exceeding Sales and Revenue Targets: Getting immediate results while building repeatable processes, and selling innovative technologies to medium and large organisations.
  5. Demonstrated Ability to Drive Exponential Pipeline Growth: Within large enterprise accounts.
  6. Experience of Creating Commercially Compelling Solutions: And business cases to deliver client business value.
  7. Current Market Trends, Risks, and Prevalent Technologies: Used in the industry.
  8. Strong Presentation, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills.
  9. Goal-Oriented with Superior Work Ethic.
  10. Industry-Specific Background: Managing clients in the Energy, Natural Resources, and Utilities sector.
  11. Spearheading Sales and Customer Engagements: With P&L & growth responsibilities.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Meets or Exceeds Sales Targets.
  2. Meets or Exceeds Pipeline Targets.
  3. Ensures Documentation Necessary for the Deal: Is properly maintained and updated, and provides leadership updates on status, resources, and financial information.
  4. Creats Advocates out of Clients: By delivering fanatical customer experience and leverages client advocates to drive additional sales.
Qualifications
  1. Previous Experience within a Systems Integrator or Consulting Organisation: Providing consulting services or engagement management.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field.
  3. Cloud Certifications at Associate or Professional/Expert Level in AWS, Azure, or Oracle: Are highly regarded.
