About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex contracts, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance across the entire research cycle.
Responsibilities:- Negotiating and drafting comprehensive contracts with marketing and medical companies.
- Providing guidance on day-to-day operational matters and ad-hoc requests from the team.
- Maintaining awareness of relevant regulations and ensuring adherence throughout the research cycle.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house.
- Proven knowledge of Australian regulation, particularly in the areas of intellectual property and commercialization.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice.
- Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia.
