Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced senior associate to join our back-end major projects and construction team in Melbourne. As a senior associate, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice on complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to project delivery and contract management issues, working closely with our front-end team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters;
- Contribute to project delivery and contract management issues;
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions;
- Collaborate with our front-end team to support project delivery and contract management;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior associate in a similar field;
- Strong dispute resolution skills and experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A drive to provide outstanding service with attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Ambition and a proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staff.
