This role is responsible for leading and overseeing risk governance and reporting activities across the organisation in alignment with the enterprise risk management strategy.
With visibility at both Executive and Board levels, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring governance forums are supported with accurate, insightful, and meaningful risk reporting.
You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders and board members, while promoting a proactive risk management culture across the business.
- Coordinate risk governance and reporting across Executive Management, Board, and Group-level committees.
- Establish and manage a robust governance calendar, agendas, and reporting cycles, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Maintain and monitor risk records within the GRC tool, driving consistency, quality, and compliance with group standards.
- Generate standardised risk reports and dashboards, uplifting reporting insights to support effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with Risk Managers and business stakeholders to improve reporting processes and deliver meaningful insights.
- Assist in preparing impactful presentations and documentation for senior business stakeholders.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to governance and reporting practices.
- Promote risk awareness and capability across the organisation to strengthen the risk culture.
- Undertake ad hoc analysis, projects, and tasks as required.
- Experienced risk professional with proven expertise in risk governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive and board levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excelling at turning data into insights and producing high-quality reporting that drives informed decision-making.
- Credibility, confidence, and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
