Clinical Assessments:
Health and injury history, Past/current treatment, Prognosis, Employment and skills history, Barriers, strengths, goals, Suitable work duties.
Reporting: Work capacity, Treatment recommendations, Evidence-based solutions, Stakeholder liaison, Health coaching (CBT principles), Return to health/work plans, Job preparation and seeking Specialized Consultancy: Ergonomic assessments, Injury prevention and management, Vocational assessments, Labour market research, Mental health training, EAP services Ongoing Case Management: Health coaching, Client education, Progress evaluation, RTW plans, Job preparation and seeking, Accurate documentation and reporting, Service Level Agreement adherence, Utilization of Rehabilitation Assistants BENEFITS: $80,000 - $120,000 + super
