The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to apply their clinical expertise in supporting ADF personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. Your contributions will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

  • You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, focusing on functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to service delivery outcomes, prioritizing client satisfaction and progress over billable hours.

You will be supported through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process, allowing you to build your technical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
