Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead two business units in managing all aspects of operational and strategic HR, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals, and overseeing the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the recruitment process and manage the internal and external talent pipeline.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal system and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field, proven working experience in a managerial HR role, and strong understanding of HR systems and databases. They will also possess excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
