About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop in Human Resources with a pathway to completion of Certificate IV in Human Resources available.

As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring staff credentialing, professional registration, and employment checks are valid and up to date.

You will also assist in the recruitment of new employees, including collating documentation and organising Orientation programs. Additionally, you will administer and input data into the EGHS Human Resources IT system (CHRIS21) and compile HR reports as required.
