As a Human Resources Business Strategist with Tandem Partners, you will play a critical role in driving the People agenda, fostering a positive work culture, and delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives.

This 12-month fixed-term opportunity is an exciting chance to engage with senior leaders, support workforce growth, and drive impactful people projects within a globally connected yet locally autonomous environment.

The successful candidate will be integral in supporting leaders' growth, identifying key workforce trends, and contributing to innovative HR initiatives that drive the company's ambitious vision for a low-carbon future.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a globally aligned yet locally focused HR team and join an organisation committed to decarbonisation, innovation, and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders, including the Managing Director of the stakeholder group and their respective leadership team, in the oversight and planning of day-to-day and long-term outcomes aligned to their people strategy.

You will also be responsible for managing complexity, building effective relationships across diverse teams, and implementing change management initiatives.

An understanding of compliance and data-driven decision-making will be important in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR business partnership and be comfortable both with high-level strategic initiatives and hands-on tasks.

A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting the company's strategic objectives.

This is a hybrid working environment where you'll have the opportunity to work at home up to two days/week.
