Job Title: Finishing Foreman

A seasoned construction professional is required to lead the external and internal finishes/defects of a high-end residential project in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of multiple finishes trades and site personnel
  • Sequencing and driving site productivity
  • Ensuring timely completion of construction program
  • Managing all internal finishes elements of the apartment
  • Overseeing OHS and Site Safety
  • Maintaining high standards of finishes
  • Reducing defects and ensuring quality control

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a strong background in carpentry and finishes trade management, ideally with experience working on multi-unit, high-rise residential and commercial projects.
