Residential Home Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of quality homes. This involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality control and maintaining site integrity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential home construction, excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
You will also be required to manage sub-contractors, conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of project progress.
Skills and Qualifications- Current Drivers Licence
- Current White Card
- Relevant building qualifications
- Experience in residential home construction
- Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
