About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role will suit a motivated individual with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of residential construction projects.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with WHS standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and contract administration.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum 5 years) in residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or related field.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
