
Claims Coordinator

Our company aims to provide supportive services for individuals dealing with workers compensation claims. In this role, you will contribute to our mission by assisting injured workers and their employers in navigating the recovery journey.
The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while managing a portfolio of worker's compensation claims. You will communicate with stakeholders including injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities include determining claim liability, managing treatment, processing payments, and implementing recovery and return-to-work outcomes. This role requires an empathetic and supportive approach to help injured workers feel confident throughout their recovery process.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in case management, rehabilitation, or allied health backgrounds. You will have opportunities for career progression and growth within our supportive environment.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week once fully trained.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and personalized customer-focused service to injured workers and employers.
- Proactively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within compliance guidelines.
- Deliver desired customer experiences and manage end-to-end outcomes for cases.
- Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand.
- Conduct claims reviews, case conferences, or face-to-face meetings as required.
- Experience in case management, rehabilitation, or allied health will be advantageous.
- A willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities when needed.
