  • Processing data into claims and underwriting systems, and coordinating daily operations of the Operations team.
  • Providing administrative support to Claims Managers and team members.
  • Managing the claims mailbox and ensuring data integrity.
  • Reconciling payments and maintaining accurate reporting.
  • Documenting administration procedures and managing special projects.
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience in an administrative finance or insurance role, preferably in Life Claims Administration.
  • Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in a related discipline (desired).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and exposure to MS Access (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
