We are seeking a skilled Claims Coordinator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a specialist insurance assessment and claims management company, helping clients process their claims efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Assessors with their tasks and assist with reports and updating accounts as needed
  • Review claims to ensure invoicing requirements are met and respond to inquiries
  • Manage a portfolio of claims and make outbound/inbound phone calls
  • Respond to claim inquiries and resolve queries
  • Manage databases

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • You have previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
  • You appreciate insurance/claims experience, great customer service skills, and top-notch communication skills (verbal and written)
  • You possess problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
