Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a suite of signature College events.

As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for managing our events calendar, coordinating multi-channel engagement, and ensuring our brand voice is consistently represented.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality events that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in events management, preferably in an education or residential environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in event management, PR, communications, or marketing.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Humanitix, Vision6, Plannable (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A current QLD Blue Card.
