Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver dynamic events, from formal dinners and alumni gatherings to conference and external hire bookings.
  • Manage our events and communications calendar, coordinate multi-channel engagement, and ensure our brand voice is consistently represented.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in events and communications
  • Tertiary qualifications in event management, PR, communications, or marketing
  • Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Humanitix, Vision6, Plannable (or similar platforms)
  • Experience in education or residential environments (desirable)
  • A current QLD Blue Card
