
Coordinator for Talent Acquisition and HR Support

Are you a motivated professional looking to leverage your administrative expertise in the human resources domain? We seek an experienced Coordinator to support our dynamic HR team in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration processes.
- This role will involve close collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver exceptional HR services and support within our organization.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a fast-paced administration position within human resources, preferably with exposure to recruitment and compliance processes.
- We are seeking an individual with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the coordination of recruitment processes from start to finish, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Managing employee onboarding activities, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits information.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, encompassing tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- A valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check is essential.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check is also mandatory.
- A current driver's license is required for occasional travel to work sites or other organizational locations.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience working in a large not-for-profit organization would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, including Preceda Payroll, HR Onboard, Expr3ss recruitment, and Microsoft Office suite, would be highly beneficial.
