About the role
Bunge is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our collaborative HR team based at our Adelaide office in Parkside. This permanent full-time position plays a key role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process across our Australian and New Zealand operations, ensuring we attract and retain the right talent for our evolving business. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support ongoing recruitment activities and contribute to improving recruitment strategies and practices.
Duties- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other key documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies.
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and organisational charts.
- Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal (harvest) recruitment campaigns.
- Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Monitor recruitment trends and support the development of employer branding initiatives.
- 4+ years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and building pipelines of talent across a range of disciplines.
- Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting high-volume and seasonal recruitment is desirable.
