The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using various platforms, including telemarketing, email marketing, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Promotion Officer.
  • Prior experience working in the recruitment/labour hire industry.
  • Good understanding of Award and EBA interpretations and knowledge in OH&S.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge in using Adobe Suites and Canva.
  • Strong desire to succeed and a growing mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Meeting target KPIs set by the direct manager.
  • Legal work rights in Australia.
