Course Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Course Coordinator to oversee the delivery of our academic programs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging curricula, assess student performance, and ensure program excellence.
  • Maintain industry standards, deliver high-quality outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead teaching staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance on professional development.
  • Daily Operations:
  • Manage timetabling, resource allocation, and daily activities with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Program Development:
  • Participate in program reviews, updates, and prepare reports for academic committees.
  • Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in social work or a related field; a PhD is preferred but a Master's degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Proven leadership experience with excellent program administration and organizational skills.
  • Leadership Experience:
  • Experience in academic leadership roles, preferably within education, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor staff.
  • Familiarity with relevant education policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Strong background in community services education, curriculum development, teaching, and program coordination, with the ability to manage both academic and operational aspects.
