  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Schedule, monitor, and develop trainers to ensure they meet program requirements
    • Implement ongoing improvements to programs and assessment processes
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RTO accreditation standards
    • Design and implement valid, reliable, and fair assessments
    • Develop resources, including creating and updating learning materials
    • Manage students using tools such as RTO Manager and e-Learning platforms

To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and effectively meet deadlines. Additionally, you should have unlimited working rights in Australia and reside in Sydney, NSW.
