At our organisation, we value the importance of personal and professional growth. As a Course Coordinator for our Community Service Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing academic staffing matters, coordinating program delivery, and ensuring a student-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop curriculum, deliver courses, and assess students.
  • Ensure programs meet industry standards and high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor teaching staff and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Manage daily operations, including timetabling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures; Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in program reviews and updates and prepare reports for academic committees.

About You

For this role, we are looking for an individual who holds a PhD degree in social work or a related welfare discipline, such as social work, counselling, psychology, or similar, with years of industry experience. A Master's degree is also acceptable.

Proven hands-on leadership experience with excellent program administration and organisational skills are essential.

Familiarity with relevant education policies, procedures, and standards is necessary.

Experience in maintaining academic quality and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards is required.
