
Senior Contracts and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Contracts and Procurement Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in contract administration and procurement. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects by:
- Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies
- Managing contract negotiations and agreements
- Closely monitoring project finances and reporting on budget performance
- Collaborating with site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of procurement plans
- Manage contract negotiations and agreement processes
- Oversee project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in commercial construction (preferably)
