Contract and Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Procurement Specialist to lead the effective management of procurement and contracting processes. This permanent full-time position will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for organisational agreements.
- Administer contract compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to inform strategic decisions.
- Select reliable suppliers and implement standard products to increase efficiency and cost benefits.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or a related field.
- Current certifications in relevant areas, including working with children checks and national police checks.
- Previous experience in procurement, tendering, and/or contracting environments.
- Proficiency in PC applications software and contract administration applications.
