Overview

We are looking to add a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team at Illawarra Mercury.

As a Contract Administrator, you will work closely with a Project Manager to ensure project success by:

  • Preparing estimates through measuring quantities, developing subcontractor scopes of work, and issuing tenders
  • Procurement scheduling and contract letting
  • Project financial management, reporting, and forecasting
  • Supporting site teams in delivering projects in alignment with our accredited safety, quality, and environmental management system

Responsibilities
  • Prepare estimates by measuring quantities, developing subcontractor scopes of work, and issuing tenders
  • Manage procurement scheduling and contract letting
  • Oversee project financial management, reporting, and forecasting
  • Support site teams to align with safety, quality, and environmental management systems
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in commercial construction (preferred)
