Job Overview

We're seeking a customer-focused engineer to join our team in QLD, specializing in Patient Monitoring portfolio. This role involves maintaining and developing robust customer relationships, providing expert technical advice, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service, including maintenance, installation, and software/hardware upgrades
  2. Participating in sales processes and providing expert technical support throughout the customer lifecycle
  3. Managing technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder updates
  4. Providing best-in-class service through technical support, maintenance, and repairs
  5. Determining cost-effective repair/solutions to minimize customer downtime
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree-level education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Experience in customer-facing service engineering within the medical equipment industry
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A Restricted Electrical License and full AU drivers license
