Key Responsibilities
  • Select and create successful menu items based on consultation with the kitchen staff and cost analysis.
  • Prepare special set menus for events or functions.
  • Evaluate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
  • Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
  • Maintain sanitation standards, keep records, and direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Promote sales growth, manage employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills.
  • Recruit and train junior staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations.
  • Familiarity with restaurant software and POS systems.
  • A passion for food and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
