The ideal candidate will assist in preparing project submission documentation to the relevant authorities, prepare data modelling outputs of carbon offsets, maintain a monitoring system for MWO's carbon offset projects, support the preparation of carbon offset reports, update digital mapping (GIS) with progress of carbon projects, complete annual internal audits of MWO's compliance with FSC and PEFC standards and internal procedures, and maintain processes and systems for chain of custody certifications.

- Documented experience in a project management or administration based role.">
- Documented experience reading and interpreting contracts, laws, regulations, guidelines, standards etc.">
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.">
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word etc.">
- Forestry or agriculture background (highly regarded but not essential).">
- Experience using FullCAM and/or GIS mapping (highly regarded but not essential).">
