The Talent Mill seeks an experienced retailer for a leadership role in our Sydney region. Our client is a renowned Australian retail group with a focus on modern design for women. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of stores and lead a team to achieve business goals and policies.

The Role: As a hands-on leader, you will create a buzz and sense of excitement in-store to achieve sales goals, while making customers feel valued. You will work with store leaders to manage, lead, and direct stores within the State, ensuring business goals and policies are understood and applied by all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key metrics across Sales, Payroll, Shrinkage, and Expense budgets.
  • Focus on people management and development to ensure customer service standards are achieved in line with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing a similar-sized portfolio of retail stores.
  • Energy and passion to drive sales outcomes and KPIs through a hands-on leadership approach with regular time spent in stores.
  • Experience with driving individual sales targets and hourly productivity results.
  • Expertise in creating high levels of customer advocacy in a de-centralized store network.
