We're currently seeking a highly skilled Retail Area Manager to lead our Northern Sydney region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of our stores in line with our business strategy to maximise profitable sales.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have previous Cluster Management experience in the retail space and a proven track record of delivering results, driving sales and engaging their team. They will also have expert knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and great people management skills, including a thorough understanding of performance management.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing 8 stores, providing customer interaction, excellent people management, visual merchandise management and effective control of inventory. You will also develop and implement tactical plans, provide leadership necessary to deliver outstanding customer service through driving, coaching and mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations to ensure maximum profitability
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs to inform business decisions
  • Recruit, train and develop talent within the retail network
  • Manage employee relations and resolve escalated complaints
  • Prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Area Manager to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our business. You will be based in the Black Pepper St Ives store an average of 3 days per week and will work closely with our Store Managers to achieve our goals.
