We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Area Manager to join our team at JLL. This is a leadership role that requires someone who can provide strategic direction and guidance to our facilities and workplace management teams.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities and workplace management teams
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven experience in facilities and workplace management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
• Collaborative approach to working with clients and stakeholders
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
