Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and shape how our organisation delivers digital projects across various sectors and at an enterprise level.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and optimise the Digital project portfolio to ensure transparency of all projects with respective sponsors and leadership.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement in project management standards, methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and balance project manager loads according to organisational goals and resource availability.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reporting on project status, performance, risks and actions to the leadership team and business program reviews.
- Manage resource utilisation, identify, assess and drive risk actions implementing proactive measures to minimise issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to all ISO and compliance frameworks, governing the quality of key project deliverables and entry/exit gates in PMO 365.
Requirements:
- Proven portfolio project and project team leadership within a large-scale complex matrixed organisation.
- Well-developed working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Suite.
- Demonstrated experience with project excellence, governance, risk management and strong commercial acumen.
- Supportive leader with proven ability to drive a positive culture that fosters an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Proven ability to think strategically, translate vision, overcome objections and bring stakeholders along the journey.
- Exposure to change management and ability to align strategies to organisational goals.
- High-level communication and business engagement skills able to build relationships at various levels of the business both at senior leadership and operational levels.
