The Position With a history dating back more than 70 years, coupled with a reputation as a contemporary national leader in high quality disability support services, Scope is seeking to appoint a collaborative Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to lead the organisation's next chapter.
The Chief Executive Officer brings purpose, vision and values to life across Scope and in all aspects of leadership and strategic decision-making.
The CEO leads the ELT in setting, governing and realising Scope's culture, strategic direction and operational service delivery priorities to empower clients to belong, thrive and live their dreams.
In an era of person-centred support, the CEO will continue championing a focus of meeting the future needs of customers; sustainably.
With proven CEO or senior executive experience delivering high-quality human services in a complex environment, success requires a record of leadership in strategic and operational excellence achieved in organisations where people, quality, safety and wellbeing, are paramount.
As a highly self-aware and empathetic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will continue fostering a collaborative culture, building on positive stakeholder relationships and have a reputation for integrity and consistent delivery in an environment of strong governance and continuous change.
A genuine affinity with key stakeholders and a contemporary and consultative leadership style are essential, as is warmth, integrity, authenticity and the credibility necessary to inspire others to follow.
Relevant tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications are expected.
