Project Oversight Specialist

Detailed responsibility for delivering projects to meet customer expectations. Key duties include managing project timelines, supervising site teams, and ensuring quality control.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills is required to coordinate with stakeholders, address problems promptly, and achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Leadership in commercial waterproofing projects with prior experience.
  • Knowledge of building construction methodologies and industry standards.
  • Effective stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SimPRO, Procore).

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical oversight on waterproofing & coating systems.
  • Client liaison, architect, engineer, and authority coordination.
  • Lump sum quote administration, subcontractor management, and contract delivery on time and budget.
  • Leading site teams and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Troubleshooting project challenges and performance issues.

As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in achieving project objectives through effective planning, coordination, and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial waterproofing.
  • Strong understanding of building construction methodologies and industry practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SimPRO, Procore).
