Strategic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to lead and coordinate our ongoing work with clients in the construction sectors.
This is a rotational role that oversees project execution, coordinates resources, planning, and scheduling, and supports HSE compliance and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in operations management, preferably in industrial or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of coatings, insulation, and fireproofing principles and practices.
- AMPP/NACE 2 or ICORR Level 2 certification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Degree in engineering or operations management.
- Experience with project planning tools, such as Excel, Word, and MS Project.
- Business administration or HSSE background.
