Strategic Operations Performance Manager

The Strategic Operations Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading strategic initiatives and conducting in-depth analysis to inform business decisions. This position will have a direct impact on how we manage resources, optimize processes, and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Analysis & Insights:
- Develop and standardize quarterly operational scorecards.
- Prepare weekly forecasts for senior leadership meetings.
- Coordinate change management initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Analyse variance between actuals and forecasts.
- Performance Management:
- Deliver data-driven insights to support business strategy.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Support annual planning and budgeting processes.
- Identify areas of operational inefficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, complex formulas, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in strategic analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to understand and work with business systems and data tools.
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Data Analytics (CA/CPA desirable).
- Experience in a similar analytical or commercial role is highly regarded.
