Executive Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to support the Director in managing administration and workflow functions for the Office of the Deputy Director General.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership within the Strategy and International Engagement Group to support the delivery of Group functions and initiatives, including:

  • Contributing to the development of strategies, plans and projects
  • Coordinating the preparation and compilation of strategic and business plans, monitoring progress and undertaking reporting
  • Coordinating and preparing correspondence, briefings and other advice for consideration by the Deputy Director General
  • Managing the dissemination of information and responses across the Department and to external agencies, ensuring accuracy, consistent messaging and quality control.
About the Role

The Strategy and International Engagement Group provides strategic policy advice on state development issues and supports a network of international offices to promote Western Australia and its industries and encourages strategic investment and trade opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an Executive Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Director in managing administration and workflow functions for the Office of the Deputy Director General
  • Working closely with senior leadership within the Strategy and International Engagement Group to support the delivery of Group functions and initiatives
Requirements
