Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Business Partner to support our senior leaders in achieving their strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, including diary management, document formatting, and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Executive Leadership team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  2. Documentation Management: Format and proof complex documents for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Team Collaboration: Ensure effective administrative support to the wider teams, fostering a culture of inclusion and respect.
  4. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate diaries and scheduling of internal and external stakeholder meeting requirements, ensuring seamless communication.
  5. Procurement Management: Report on purchasing against target budgets and monitor compliance of the procurement process, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  6. Document Review and Control: Manage department document review and control, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
About You:
  • You are a relationship builder, able to quickly establish trust with stakeholders and colleagues alike.
  • You have several years of experience in an EA or Senior Business Administration role, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • You are an organised individual, with strong attention to detail skills and the ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and experienced with Financial software and InDesign, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
