Service and After Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and mechanically minded individual to coordinate the service and after sales department, assisting with customer enquiries and contributing to the effective operations of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the Service and after sales department
- Answer phone calls and action customer enquiries
- Attend to walk in customer queries
- Interpret spare parts calls
- Coordinate service work between technicians
- Investigate complaints and resolve problems
- Monitor inventory levels within the branch
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and respond to technical enquiries
- Monitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in spare parts and/or service within a similar industry
- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic systems
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly motivated, and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and face to face
- Ability to analyse and solve issues as they arise (troubleshoot)
- Highly organised and well presented
- Reliability and strong work ethic required
