Warranty Claims Specialist

A warranty coordinator position is available in a dynamic and supportive environment.

- Collaborate with the service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries.
- Monitor claim progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Prepare invoicing for work orders.

- Efficient management of warranty claims.

- Adherence to established procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
- 3-5 years' experience as a warranty administrator is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of best practice warranty management.
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
