Job Title

Warranty Administrator and Reception Support is a dynamic role that requires the right candidate to manage warranty claims efficiently, process documents accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process warranty claims in a timely manner.
  • Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.
  • Maintain precise records of warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist, service receptionist, service advisor or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
