Job Title:
Warranty Administrator - Customer Experience SpecialistJob Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, coordinate with manufacturers, and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist, service receptionist, or similar, with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately
- Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of claims
- Maintain precise records of warranty claims and related documentation
- Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers
- Collaborate with the service department to resolve warranty-related issues
Secondary Duties:
- Greet and assist all visitors with a professional demeanor
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Assist the service department with customer inquiries and service advising as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist, service receptionist, or similar
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with ERA is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
