About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AMA GROUP AUSTRALIA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our collision market customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and foster positive relationships with our key collision customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive sales growth in the collision market.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales reports and market trends to understand potential areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales operations and customer service teams, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong background in the automotive parts industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales reports and market trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
