Advantage Healthcare Support is a reputable organization dedicated to providing in-home support services across NSW. As a Team Leader, you will be part of a team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals we support.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of Support Workers. You will play a key role in delivering safe and quality services to support our NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote quality service delivery and ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
  • Motivate Support Workers and assess their performance.
  • Communicate concerns and policies among Support Workers and Management.
  • Ensure activities and services promote independence, enablement, and wellness.
  • Develop the competence of new or less experienced Support Workers through training and guidance.
  • Ensure all support staff's compliance documents are up-to-date and mandatory trainings are completed.
  • Organize and conduct performance management meetings with support staff.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement plans and processes.
