Marketing Director

This is a Marketing Manager position with Home Sweet Home Sofas & Living, a leading company in AU. The role involves creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our 28 stores and increase online conversions.

• Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as Shopify website management, copywriting, and visual assets.
• Coordinate the creation and launch of email and SMS campaigns, and manage marketing collateral production.
• Utilize SEM and SEO expertise to drive online traffic and conversions.
• Contribute to graphic design duties, including product ticketing, social media content creation, and promotional materials.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in integrated marketing campaigns.
• Highly proficient in social media marketing and paid advertising.
• Knowledge of graphic design using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a close-knit team.
• Australian residency and based in Sydney.
