Marketing Director

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in AU, Home Sweet Home Sofas & Living, as a Marketing Manager. The company is continuing to grow rapidly, and this role will play a crucial part in driving traffic to their 28 stores and increasing online conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase online conversions.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads & Business Suite to optimize performance.
• Oversee Shopify website management, copywriting, and visual assets.
• Coordinate marketing collateral production, including liaising with designers, printers, and suppliers.
• Manage SEM & SEO efforts to improve online visibility.
• Contribute to graphic design duties, including product ticketing, social media content creation, and promo materials.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns.
• Highly proficient in social media marketing and paid advertising.
• Knowledge of graphic design using Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a close-knit team.
• Australian Residency and based in Sydney.
