As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and team management across multiple stores in Adelaide.

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in this key role.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing team of Store Managers and Assistant Managers to achieve exceptional results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate and develop your team members to excel in their roles, ensuring high morale and productivity.
  • Closely monitor store sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, recognizing outstanding achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs across all stores to align with company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers to enhance their skills, including recruitment, selection, and performance reviews.
Key Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of team management and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • A deep understanding of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and store management.
  • Experience with financial management and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
