Job Overview

This is a leadership role within our sales organization. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing top-tier accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow business across wholesale, inbound, retail travel, corporate, and MICE segments.
  • Identify high-value deals and develop new business opportunities for the hotel and region.
  • Collaborate with account managers to maximize group-wide performance and implement yield management strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with consortia, travel agents, and conference organizers to secure business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
