As a key member of our People Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of business initiatives aimed at improving Workplace Culture, Performance and Diversity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Process employee letters, internal transfer requests, contracts and changes to organisational structure with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with employee management, including performance review support, allowance calculations, service recognition and termination, ensuring seamless employee experiences.
- Create reports for HR partners on a weekly and monthly basis, providing valuable insights into employee trends and metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Centres of Expertise (COEs) to deliver key people projects, driving business outcomes and growth.
- Assist and navigate multiple HR/Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Educate and escalate employee queries, concerns and grievances expediently and with high accuracy, providing exceptional customer service.
- Act as an effective change agent who advocates for and supports change initiatives within HR and across the business, driving cultural transformation and growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume HR administration role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working in Retail or similar industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
- Highly developed communication and intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and data insights to stakeholders.
- A proven ability to manage, maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships, building trust and credibility across the business.
- The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
